OUR EXPERTISE
Proven track record & technical support
XLam supports clients utilising a conventional construction methodology who are seeking to secure the benefits of combining CLT with Steel and Concrete.
Our proven hybrid approach to conventional construction, combines traditional steel and concrete with XLam mass timber CLT panels to enhance sustainability, increase construction speed, improve site safety, and deliver improved project ROI. We have the capacity and capability to support large scale construction projects with Mass Timber building components including Cross Laminated Timber Panels (CLT) and Glued Laminated Timber Beams (Glulam or GLT).
Our main plant, opened in 2018 has the capacity to produce over 60,000 M3 pa and our technical team works closely with our clients and project partners to provide support and ensure a quality project outcome.
